Job Title: Franchise Owner Cordova
Location: Des Moines IA Area

Job Summary:
As a Franchise Owner of Cordova you will be responsible for operating and growing a successful Cordova location under the companys established brand standards and business model. You will be the driving force behind your franchises performance leading daily operations building and managing a high-performing team and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is an exciting entrepreneurial opportunity for individuals with strong business acumen leadership skills and a passion for hospitality and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Operations & Strategy
Oversee all aspects of operations including customer service quality assurance inventory and cleanliness at your Nashville Metropolitan Area franchise.
Execute and maintain operational excellence in accordance with Cordovas brand standards company policies and health/safety regulations.
Develop short and long-term business strategies aligned with Cordovas mission vision and franchise goals specific to the Nashville Metropolitan Area market.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales labor cost and customer satisfaction to drive performance improvements.
Leadership & Staff Management
Recruit hire train and mentor a strong reliable and customer-focused team for your Cordova location in the Nashville Metropolitan Area.
Provide continuous coaching and leadership to foster a positive work culture that encourages accountability professionalism and teamwork.
Schedule staff effectively to ensure optimal productivity and labor cost management.
Conduct regular performance reviews and resolve workplace issues efficiently.
Financial Management
Manage franchise finances including budgeting payroll profit/loss analysis and vendor payments specific to your Nashville Metropolitan Area operations.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements and maintain accurate records.
Control costs while maximizing revenue through strategic marketing promotions and upselling techniques.
Customer Experience
Ensure that every customer at your Nashville Metropolitan Area franchise enjoys a superior experience and friendly interactions.
Handle customer feedback with professionalism and responsiveness.
Foster strong customer loyalty in the Nashville Metropolitan Area community through local engagement personalized service and high-quality offerings.
Marketing & Brand Engagement
Collaborate with Cordovas marketing team to execute local marketing strategies and brand initiatives specific to the Nashville Metropolitan Area.
Plan and implement community outreach programs events and sponsorships to increase visibility and customer engagement in the Nashville Metropolitan Area.
Utilize digital tools and social media to enhance the presence and reputation in the Nashville Metropolitan Area area.
Compliance & Reporting
Maintain compliance with all local state and federal laws including employment health and safety regulations specific to the Nashville Metropolitan Area.
Submit operational reports as required by the corporate office and participate in regular franchisee meetings and training.
Adhere to the terms outlined in the Franchise Agreement including royalty payments brand usage and operational standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven leadership experience in the staffing industry / operations (minimum 35 years preferred).
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business and financial acumen.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High energy hands-on proactive management style.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for service customer satisfaction and team development.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
