Operario Desplazador
About the Role
Order preparation entry storage dispatch based on minimum/maximum stock levels. Supplying products to production (where applicable) and ensuring product availability while maintaining safe working conditions at all times.
What You Will Do
- Move goods using the electric pallet truck in transit areas both when goods are entering and leaving taking into account the condition of the goods and any possible damage that may occur so that this can be reported.
- Check the electric pallet truck before and after each shift fill out the daily log.
- Receive goods correctly in the warehouse according to instructions using intake reports and reception tools maintaining expected productivity.
- Label product pallets including code batch quantity per pallet date of receipt and person responsible for receiving the material/product.
- Issuing invoices and documentation required for the delivery of goods.
- Organize storage areas in the distribution center for tools and/or machines as reported by employees.
- Despachar productos validando las cantidades y lotes segn los listados de recoleccin. Y asegurar que todo despacho salga con precinto de seguridad y registrar el nmero en el listado de recoleccin y archivo de trazabilidad.
- Participate in the modulation of products for self-service stores placing labels according to customer restrictions.
- Participate in cyclical inventories/counts and annual inventory. Includes filling out forms and electronic registration.
- Manage reservations generated by business units for the release of materials (POP) when applicable.
- Implement the policies and measures defined by the organization that are necessary to ensure the safety of employees and assets under its responsibility as well as to comply with quality and environmental protection standards established in applicable legislation regulations and best practices.
Who You Are
Minimum one year of experience in warehouses/storage facilities operating electric pallet trucks.
