We have a fantastic opportunity for an HVAC Channel Sales Engineer for Ireland.

What You Will Do

In this field-based role that can be performed from anywhere in Ireland you will be responsible for finding and developing strong relationships with new channel partners across Ireland. Youll collaborate with internal teams to secure deals and achieve sales targets.

How You Will Do It

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key channel partners.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned geographic area.
  • Become an expert on Johnson Controls YORK products and articulate their value proposition.
  • Monitor sales performance analyse data and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities pipeline and forecasts.
  • You will need to ensure sales discipline to achieve sales excellence using Sales Force.

What Were Looking For

  • Up to 3 years of professional experience in HVAC Commercial Sales of Applied equipment that achieve or exceed sales quotas
  • Fluent in Englishand any other local language its a plus
  • Technical acumen with HVAC knowledge/experience
  • Previous success in channel/direct sales in the HVAC industry
  • Familiarity with technical selections of HVAC appliances and offer preparations
  • Strong relationship-building communication and negotiation skills
  • Driving license and willingness to travel
  • Advanced user of MS Office
