Your role
As Senior Category Manager you will lead the IT & Telecom Procurement team consisting of experienced Category Managers and Strategic Buyers located in Denmark and Poland. You will drive the development and execution of category strategies for IT & Telecom across all VELUX operations and act as a trusted advisor towards our Global IT function. You will play a pivotal role in enabling business optimisation and transformation through strategic sourcing supplier partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.
Moreover you will:
- Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive cost optimization innovation and value creation across IT & Telecom spend.
- Facilitate strong business partnering with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Lead sourcing initiatives contract negotiations and supplier performance management.
- Collaborate with procurement team members in Denmark and Poland to ensure alignment and execution.
Who you are
You have extensive experience with strategic procurement within IT & Telecom categories and possess a commercial mindset and strong negotiation skills.

- The ability to lead and inspire the people around you.
