What youll be responsible for:
Access TeleCare is seeking a Senior Analyst Revenue Cycle Management to identify plan and execute key projects that improve billing collections claims management and overall revenue cycle performance. This role will collaborate across teamsincluding Data Analytics Coding IT Finance Provider Enrollment and Offshore vendorsto improve workflows support strategic initiatives and analyze the impact of new business models and payer relationships.
What youll work on:
Revenue Cycle Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the revenue cycle process ensuring efficient and accurate billing coding and collections
- Lead and support special projects related to revenue cycle operations including system implementations payer integrations and workflow redesigns.
- Research create SOPs and roll out training on AR initiatives.
- Analyze data across billing claims and collections to identify trends root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track project outcomes and KPIs related to cash flow denial rates and days in AR.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline reimbursement processes and support business scalability.
- Act as a project liaison between technical and non-technical teams for revenue-related system updates or changes.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current processes and recommend automation or tooling enhancements.
Technology Integration:
- Work closely with IT and Data Analytics to leverage technology for process improvement in revenue cycle operations
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline and automate revenue cycle processes
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on revenue cycle performance identifying trends areas of improvement and key performance indicators
- Other duties as assigned
What youll bring to Access TeleCare:
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration Business Finance or a related field; Masters degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle within the healthcare industry
- Consulting experience a plus
- Strong understanding of billing payor and reimbursement processes. Preferred Familiarity with telehealth billing requirements across commercial and government payers.
- Excellent technical analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a sole contributor role
- Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with Athena software preferred
- Experience with SQL or other data querying languages. Preferred: Tableau PowerBi etc.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high growth fast-paced organization and 100% Remote based environment
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Occasional travel for meetings and collaboration
