Job Description
About Us: We are a leading manufacturer of custom-built horse trailers dedicated to quality craftsmanship innovative design and durability. Were looking for someone who can not only estimate costs but also help create concepts in CAD and bring new trailer designs to life.
What Youll Do:
- Use CAD software to create and refine trailer concepts for customers.
- Review designs and turn them into detailed cost estimates (materials labor and shop time).
- Work closely with sales engineering and production teams to make sure designs are practical and quotes are accurate.
- Look for ways to save time or material without sacrificing quality.
- Stay current on manufacturing processes.
What Were Looking For:
- Strong CAD skills youll be creating concepts from scratch.
- A good head for numbers and details.
- Familiarity with shop/manufacturing processes (welding fabrication assembly) is a big plus.
- Comfortable working with others and communicating clearly.
- Previous cost estimating or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required if youre sharp and eager to learn.
