Job Description
We are looking for a Automotive Accessory Installation Tech to join our growing team! The right candidate will have previous automotive experience and excellent customer service skills.
Automotive Accessory Installation Tech Responsibilities
- Complete installations of aftermarket accessories on customers vehicles including spray in bed-liners truck covers trailer hitches and more.
- Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
- Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and company records.
- Maintain a working knowledge of current industry standards and best practices.
- Report to work on time as per posted schedule
- Perform any other duties as assigned on a maintenance schedule or as requested by the Manager
- Adhere to safety rules and be safety conscious
- Maintain a personal appearance and decorum that will reflect high professionalism
- Must be able to work in a Team environment
- Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customers perspective comes first.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dexterity requiring a steady hand excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer competencies
- Positive friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
- Lift and move inventory items and work-related items (up to 50 pounds)
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
