Our client specializes in trading automation equipment for various industries.
Responsibilities
- Handling the commission equipment for project factories and addressing on-site equipment issues.
- Performing equipment maintenance and repairs tracking usage records post-repair collecting parameters and operational conditions and facilitating product problem-solving.
- Conducting performance tests to verify that equipment operates according to design specifications and customer requirements.
- Documenting and analysing test results adjusting equipment as needed to achieve optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues encountered during equipment operation.
- Performing preventive maintenance to ensure stable long-term equipment performance.
- Updating and managing maintenance records and documentation for equipment.
- Offering technical support and training to production teams and customers.
- Assisting in developing and refining operating procedures and maintenance plans.
- Monitoring and controlling key process milestones such as assembly and debugging and identifying and addressing critical factors promptly.
- Inspecting and confirming quality control points during assembly to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Engaging in equipment and process improvement projects to boost production efficiency and product quality.
- Gathering and relaying customer feedback to support product optimization efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Automation/Electrical Automation or Mechatronics.
- Relevant experience in equipment repair maintenance and commissioning within the automotive industry with a strong understanding of mechanical electrical and related professional knowledge and technologies.
- Familiarity with local customer purchasing habits and characteristics.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Good command of listening speaking reading and writing in English.
- Open to travelling to oversee areas.
- A valid drivers license is required.
Our client offers a basic salary provident fund group insurance variable bonus car and gasoline if travel is required a five-day workweek and opportunities for international travel.
