About you
Were looking for engineers who:
- Have exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven track record of proposing and implementing radical solutions for complex technical issues without compromising existing quality.
- Move seamlessly from detail-oriented work within subsystems to a strategic perspective on the full architecture essential for both the generated apps and the app generator itself.
- Are ready to work in fast-paced high-velocity teams.
Tech stack: Kotlin C# C AI LLM TypeScript
Example projects for your first few months:
- Enhance generation quality: Improve the quality of generated applications by implementing and testing experiments from our existing pool.
- Optimize subsystem agents and communication: Refine subsystem agents and enhance communication between them to improve overall system performance.
- Enhance the UI generator: Improve the UI generators layout structure and visual identity creating more user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
- Create new generation strategies: Propose and develop new approaches to enhance the effectiveness and creativity of app generation pushing the boundaries of what AppGen can deliver.
- Collaborate on evaluation dataset creation: Work closely with data engineers to build and refine an evaluation dataset that ensures accurate assessment of AppGens performance and generation quality.
