Job Description
Our client is an investment management firm based in Hong Kong with a pan-Asia are now looking for a seasoned professional to take on the role as Head of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and work closely with off-shore operations team
- Oversee NAV manage daily cash management and position reconciliation
- Support new product development and new fund setup
- Liaise with external parties such as tax advisors auditors custodians prime brokers fund administrators etc
- Proactively review and streamline the operational workflow
- Ensure the operating procedures comply with regulations
Requirements
- University graduates in Business Administration Finance or other related disciplines
- At least 7relevant experience in an Asset Management/ Hedge Fund
- Strong knowledge in market practice operational control and regulatory requirements related to asset management business and various investment instruments
- Advanced skills in MS Excel VBA
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
