Job Description
A growing company is seeking a Field Project Manager with a strong background in construction. The ideal candidate will be hands-on capable of leading and managing teams hiring subcontractors when needed and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role involves extensive travel throughout the country and requires someone who can also coordinate materials procurement and oversee job execution from start to finish.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead and manage construction teams across multiple projects
Hire subcontractors and oversee their work
Order and coordinate materials for projects
Travel to job sites nationwide to ensure smooth execution
Monitor schedules budgets and progress to keep projects on track
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong background in construction management
Ability to lead manage and motivate teams
Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel frequently
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
