Requirements:
- Proficiency in written English at an Advanced level (C1).
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis.
- Elicit analyze and document business and system requirements
- Experience with Jira/Confluence
- Solid technical background: SQL Python data analysis database management and understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC/Agile).
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to drive processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Self-organization responsibility and a goal-oriented approach.
- Team player ready for dynamic work with requirements (change requests).
- Passion for detailed documentation structured knowledge sharing and supporting continuous improvement.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the Education domain (EdTech projects online learning platforms).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Responsibilities:
- Conducting client interviews to gather insights.
- Documenting system requirements thoroughly.
- Breaking down products into clear components.
- Defining system modules with accuracy.
- Writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Preparing detailed system specifications (SRS PRS).
- Creating process models workflows and diagrams
- Collaborating with UI/UX designers and tech team.
- Collaborating with stakeholders.
- Performing data analysis to support business decisions and validate requirements.
- Maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog in Jira ensuring clear task definitions for the development team.
- Managing change requests and assessing their impact on scope timeline and budget.
- Ensuring alignment between stakeholders and the delivery team.
- Ensuring smooth project knowledge transfer to the delivery team.
