At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

In SAP technology at PwC you will specialise in utilising and managing SAP software and solutions within an organisation. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation configuration administration development and support of SAP products and technologies.

The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the AES SAP - Operate - GRC team you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful learning initiatives. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems mentor others and maintain top standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context while navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen technical knowledge.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English necessary

- Skilled in overseeing a support ticketing queue
- Capable of leading client status meetings
- Handles client relationships effectively
- Offers functional and/or technical subject matter specialization
- Directs process redesign efforts
- Leads technical and test teams
- Assists with change activities for business adoption
- Manages the whole project lifecycle
- ITIL certification

- Bachelors Degree
- 3 years of experience
