Job Description:

As an SAP C4C Sales and Service cloud functional Consultant you will be responsible for designing configuring C4C Sales and Service cloud system based on the business requirements.

Customer focus communication analytical skills result driven and cooperation are clearly essential for the role of SAP C4C Sales and Service cloud functional addition it is important that you recognize everything in the checklist below :

You are an CRM consultant with 5 years of experience in C4C in implementation and support projects
Bachelor or masters degree
Hands on experience on SAP Sales and Service cloud implementation. Willingness to travel
Fluent in English
Excellent communication skills
Able to link the business wish to an IT solution.

End to end Implementation experience in SAP C4C Sales Cloud Service cloud with ECC/S4HANA
8 years of experience in CRM technologies with at least 5 years in SAP C4C.
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions.

Strong understanding of sales service and marketing processes within SAP C4C.
Experience in working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
Expertise in conducting workshops for Sales cloud and Service cloud projects
Expertise in requirement gathering fit to gap analysis.
