Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing operations and administrative functions including revenue management planning and executing promotions maintaining and enhancing the quality of service and cuisine and managing overall team performance.
Essential Requirements:
Experience as an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage in a luxury hotel
Minimum of 3 years managerial experience in the Food & Beverage department
Native-level proficiency in Japanese and Business-level proficiency in English
Basic computer skills required
