Overview:
The Resident Technician is responsible to provide on-site technical support at a client location. This professional will be responsible for performing routine maintenance troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues and ensuring the operational continuity of IT equipment and infrastructure. As a dedicated on-site resource the Resident Technician will work with the client and the internal support teams ensuring efficient and timely resolution of technical problems.
Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve basic network-related incidents and service requests (LAN cabling connectivity).
Perform physical checks and basic troubleshooting of network equipment such as switches and routers.
Perform basic troubleshooting of network connectivity and hardware issues.
Provide regular status updates to internal and client stakeholders.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of TCP/IP DHCP DNS and networking principles.
Knowledge of switches and routers (e.g. Cisco HP or equivalent).
Experience with physical cabling patch panels and network port testing.
Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools (e.g. ping tracert ipconfig).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to follow instructions and document technical procedures.

O Tcnico Residente responsvel por fornecer suporte tcnico no local do cliente realizazando a manuteno de rotina solucionando problemas de hardware e conectividade e garantir a continuidade operacional dos equipamentos e infraestrutura de TI. O Tcnico Residente trabalhar com o cliente e as equipes de suporte interno garantindo a resoluo eficiente e oportuna de problemas tcnicos.
Responsabilidades:
Responder e resolver incidentes bsicos relacionados rede e solicitaes de servio (LAN cabeamento conectividade).
Realizar verificaes fsicas e soluo de problemas bsicos de equipamentos de rede como switches e roteadores.
Realizar soluo de problemas bsicos de conectividade de rede e hardware. Fornecer atualizaes regulares de status para as partes interessadas internas e do cliente.
Atuar como o principal recurso de suporte de TI no local para o cliente.
Requisitos:
Conhecimento bsico de TCP/IP DHCP DNS e princpios de rede.
Conhecimento de switches e roteadores (por exemplo Cisco HP ou equivalente). Experincia com cabeamento fsico painis de patch e testes de portas de rede. Familiaridade com ferramentas de soluo de problemas de rede (por exemplo ping tracert ipconfig).
Boas habilidades de comunicao e atendimento ao cliente.
Capacidade de seguir instrues e documentar procedimentos tcnicos.
