Reimagine Whats Possible
We are seeking a Warehouse Materials Coordinator at our Leetsdale PA warehouse facility.
In this role you will handle receiving and project activity cycles and provide support with receiving stock parts for all businesses. This includes the resolution of returned parts sales orders and supplies that are delivered to Leetsdale PA. You will be cross trained in all other Leetsdale activities including stockroom shipping and project shipping to provide support as required.

Required Skills / Abilities:
A good understanding of warehouse and inventory management.
Strong personal safety philosophy.
High energy motivated with a strong work ethic.
Proven communication skills.
Demonstrated computer skills including but not limited to: SAP MS Outlook MS Access Excel PowerPoint and Word.
Attention to detail to perform tasks in a safe error-free manner.
Must be team oriented well organized and have a willingness to learn and further develop technical skills.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Receiving Stock & Project materials into our Leetsdale warehouse
Review materials and physically validate what was received versus what was purchased.
Utilize SAP and Access Database for necessary receiving transactions.
Handling of parts both small and large up to 50 lbs.
Forklift pallet jack operation.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED is required.
2 years of work experience in inventory and warehouse management is preferred but is not required.
Forklift operation experience is required.
SAP or Warehouse management system experience is required.
Ability to physically lift and move awkward and/or heavy parts and packages up to 50 lbs.
Expected travel - under 5%.
