Why We are Hiring
Complex is seeking a Marketing Manager TikTok to own and grow the day-to-day TikTok presence for Complex Shop and Complexs IRL events (including ComplexCon Family Style and other cultural activations). This is a mid-level role for a hands-on creator strategist and community builder who knows how to speak TikToks language drive cultural relevance and convert audience attention into measurable brand and commerce impact.
The ideal candidate has 35 years of direct TikTok marketing experience for consumer e-commerce or entertainment-driven brands (e.g. streetwear sports music or lifestyle) and is fluent in both native TikTok content creation and influencer/community management.
