Job Description & Summary
Threat Management team consists of cybersecurity professionals focused on prevention of the cyberattacks via detection and responding to cyber threats. The key pillars consist of incident response threat hunting threat intelligence security monitoring vulnerability management engineering and consulting services.
As a Cyber Security Consultant you will represent PwC in client engagements focusing on analyzing designing and implementing innovative cybersecurity strategies and solutions. You will be instrumental in evaluating and optimizing solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients. We seek individuals with a profound knowledge of cybersecurity principles who are proactive problem solvers and who excel at tackling challenges in diverse and dynamic project environments. Your critical thinking and effective communication skills will be essential in guiding clients through complex security landscapes and enhancing their security this role you will:
Collaborate closely with clients to assess their cybersecurity needs and develop tailored solutions that align their business objectives.
Lead and manage project Teams to implement cybersecurity architecture and frameworks ensuring they meet the highest industry standards.
Keep abrest of emerging threat and technologies to provide clients with the most up-to-date advice and solutions.
Deliver insightful presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
Develop lasting client relationships by providing thought leadership and exceptional services.
Education: a bachelors or higher degree in computer science information technology cybersecurity or related fields is preferred.
General Experience: at least 3 years of proven experience in consulting in the cybersecurity field.
Technical Skills: strong understanding of network protocols and architectures cloud technologies and their security and the ability to understand the consequences between solutions.
Industry recognized certifications either in the area of general information security or focused on Threat Management can be plus.
Deeper knowledge in any of these areas:
- Security/Network Analysis
- Incident Response
- Cyber Threat Intelligence
- Threat and Vulnerability Management
- Digital Forensics
- SIEM implementation
General Skills: highly communicative and enthusiastic individual who is capable to explain the value of Threat Management service portfolio (eg. what is SOC) and formulate the value to the written form in a presentation with the assistance of a design studio. Previous consulting experience in the global enterprise environment.
Previous experience with executive management presentations and proposals creation.
Certifications: CISSP or equivalent is advantage.
Language: English (mandatory) Czech or Slovak (advantage) Other (advantage)
Personal Attributes: Demonstrated consistency reliability and professionalism with the ability to work effectively withing international and diverse teams.
