Are you a people-person with a passion for helping others and a knack for sales Do you enjoy combining technical knowledge with excellent customer service Carters My Plumber is looking for an energetic and motivated Excavation Sales Advisor to join our growing team and guide customers through the process of major plumbing solutions.
What Youll Be Doing:
Engage directly with customers to explain excavation services and recommend the best options
Assist customers through the scope and details of sewer repair and excavation projects
Use high-tech locating tools and cameras to pinpoint service issues
Create and manage customer estimates orders and updates via computer or phone/email
Ensure projects stay on track follow up with customers and drive daily sales goals
Keep customer records up to date and maintain clean organized project environments
What You Bring to the Table:
Proven experience in sales advising excavation or related customer-facing roles
Familiarity with sewer/excavation systems and locating technology
Tech-savvycomfortable with digital systems and updating customer databases
Friendly professional and results-oriented with a strong sense of follow-through
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and close sales
Organized reliable and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work both in the field and office as needed
