What Were Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategically minded Portfolio & Execution Lead (PEL) to join our Technology Innovation Group. This role blends high-level portfolio planning agile release coordination and execution oversight across multiple agile PODs. The PEL will own and administer Planview facilitate structured work intake and ensure delivery alignment across PK Business Applications and AI-A segments.

Reporting to the VP of Product Management Pharmacy Software and Enterprise Initiatives the PEL will work closely with Product Owners and horizontal leaders to ensure visibility prioritization and execution excellence.

This role will support strategic delivery through coordination and tooling.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the planning execution and delivery of technology projects from initiation to closure.
  • Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Own and administer Planview as the central portfolio management platform
  • Facilitate structured work intake and backlog readiness across agile teams (PODs)
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to score and prioritize initiatives
  • Maintain and report on KPIs strategic alignment and delivery health
  • Coordinate sprint and release planning across PODs
  • Run Scrum of Scrums and manage cross-team dependencies
  • Monitor velocity impediments and delivery metrics across PODs
  • Integrate Planview with Azure DevOps (ADO) for execution tracking
  • Drive adoption of standardized templates and workflows
  • Support continuous improvement and agile maturity across the organization

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in computer science Pharmacy Health Informatics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on technology projects.
  • Proven understanding of Scrum SAFe and Agile principles
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent agile certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (SAFe or similar) and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or comparable tools.
  • Excellent communication collaboration and organizational skills.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple agile teams.
  • Familiarity with APIs data integrations and healthcare IT standards (e.g. HL7 FHIR) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare pharmaceuticals or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy software or enterprise technology platforms.
  • Certifications in SAFe Agile Product Management or related disciplines.
  • Experience working with nearshore or distributed teams.
  • Experience with various project management tools and techniques.
