Maintenance Planner

Purpose of the position:
The Maintenance Planner plan and Control the Scheduled Maintenance Events.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare the Line Maintenance Plan and Work packages
- Managing and approve work up to and including A-checks maintenance including work orders (WOs) modifications repairs LLP changes
- Preparation and managing of deferred items rectification with contracted maintenance organizations
- Controlling WAH representative work at Maintenance Organization performing the C-check Organization and participate on regular Short Term Planning meetings
- Cooperation with MOC AOG Desk LTP in order to handle on time Due Lists works
- Tracking of Deviations from Maintenance Program
- Optimize Fleet availability through an effective maintenance planning
- Tracking of ARC validity expiry dates
- Checking of AMOS on sampling basis for proper updating with maintenance data
- Check and supervision of submitted records by maintenance organization providing line maintenance services
- Cross check that every label booking of Life Limited components correctly done in AMOS by contracted maintenance providers
- Check that every deferral during Line Maintenance correctly recorded in AMOS by maintenance provider
- Follow applicable requirements of Safety Management System i.a.w. Section 4 of OMM
Requirements:
- University degree preferably Aerospace Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (minimum - BSc);
- Fluent English knowledge;
- A320FAM CEO/NEO training is an advantage;
- EWIS Fuel Tank Safety and Human Factor training is an advantage;
- Thorough knowledge of Part-145 and Part-M regulations is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools is a requirement and knowledge of AMOS is an advantage.
