What this job involves : the role will be the single point of contract for XXX in China dedicated to ensure a high level of client interface and develop client relations. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the facilities / property management service delivery system on the client project; primarily Asset Management and this capacity the role is accountable for the achievement of the Management Plan and all key performance indicators including responsibility for managing the capital and expense budgets short and long-term regional projects operations and maintenance interface with senior managers in client real estate / Facility team and business units coordination with other key managers within the client alliance partner organizations and customer satisfaction. Provide the leadership to the Facilities Management team at the client siteThe single point of Management Control for FM at the consultation and collaboration with all functions managers oversee the operation staffing performance and development of the Facilities Management service delivery client satisfaction with the client Facilities Management team by providing a seamless interface into the clients real estate organization. Demonstrate leadership responsiveness and the Facilities Management scope for the client assigned and develop client specific processes and procedures in consultation with functional managers and ensure implementation and compliance of the processes. Oversee the development and management of the capital and expense the Client in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client and implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by compilation and deliver the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the discussions with each direct report regarding goal setting performance reviews and career development planning and incentive/salary compliance with JLL minimum audit best practices with the assigned owner of best practices for hoc tasks as assigned by superior as and when SatisfactionLevel of communication within the organization and with the improvement in the following morale and satisfaction of employees under and savings initiatives for the client as well as JLL Identification of more business opportunities for JLL with the client.
