Opportunity Overview
- Quote Generation per the approval in Notes and company standard.
- Support Sales to prepare business documentation such as bidding doc. etc.
- Order entry to Oracle and drive the approval process timely
- Order fulfill including LC process prepayment follow up shipping preparation with logistics import/export SOP AR collection etc.
- Shipment follow up and delivery assist Sales to obtain the FAC to close project.
- Support customer requirement of various documents such as supplier information register customer CRM platform confirmation of account Balances etc.
- Project document/ database maintenance.
- Other necessary assistance to staff to perform their jobs more efficiently.
- Administration Support
- Accomplish other tasks assigned by supervisor(s)

- Diploma or bachelors degree majored in international trading or logistic is preferred.
- 1-3 years relevant working experience in commercial or contract management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of import & export order processing.
- Sense of responsibility and customer service awareness.
- Strong interpersonal team work and relationship building skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
- Willing to work under pressure and tight schedule to get things done.
