Anticipated Hiring Range
$5274 - $5380 Per Month ($63288 - $64560 Annually)

Position Summary
Under the general direction of the Executive Director of the Institute for Civic & Community Engagement (ICCE) the Community Engagement & Learning Coordinator provides essential coordination and infrastructure support for SF States community-based learning initiatives through a combination of faculty engagement community partnership development and data-informed program administration. This role manages student placements through SF States community engagement platform (ULink) oversees CSU mandated risk compliance processes and supports faculty with course attribution site matching and grant coordination. The coordinator develops and maintains community partnerships plans ICCE events such as the Service & Internship Fair and facilitates training and outreach to students faculty and partners. Additionally the position is responsible for institutional reporting tracking engagement metrics and producing ICCEs Annual Impact Report. This is a fast-paced collaborative role that supports equity-focused high-impact practices the universitys civic learning goals and the CSU Chancellors Office Community-Engaged Learning Initiative.

Minimum Qualifications
Entry to this classification requires general knowledge and skills in the applicable administrative and/or program field with a foundational knowledge of public administration principles practices and methods. This foundation would normally be obtained through a bachelors degree and/or equivalent training and administrative work experience involving study analysis and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies procedures practices or programs.
