What Youll Do
- Prepare and process charge-off files as they come into the department
- Scan and organize legal files for external attorneys
- Sort and maintain accurate file systems
- Contact customers regarding payment arrangements when needed
- Perform skip tracing to locate customers as required
- Support the Asset Recovery Manager with other administrative tasks as assigned
- Answer incoming calls
What You Bring
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow detailed written/oral instructions
- Comfortable handling sensitive customer information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous office experience with scanning sorting or file management
- High school diploma or equivalent.
