Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support Salesmen and Managers by locating machines and attachments for their specific customer needs.
  • Assist with loading and unloading machines and attachments.
  • Initiates accurate and timely delivery and receiving reports.
  • Prepare shop orders to prep and/or change attachments on equipment.
  • Prepare freight bills for Accounting.
  • Display and store equipment and attachments in designated areas while maintaining accessibility keeping areas neat and orderly.
  • Maintains company grounds and equipment yard.
  • Perform visual quality control inspections prior to delivery.
  • Ensures pictures of equipment are taken and accurately stored.
  • Prepare Movement Authorizations (MA) for equipment and attachments as necessary.
  • Schedule lowboy moves to pick-up and deliver equipment.
  • Stage attachments for internal shuttle transfers.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Must have a valid drivers license.
    • Related experience preferred.
    • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
    • Must be physically able to climb in and out of Heavy Equipment walk on uneven ground kneel bend push and pull.
    • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time.
    • Must be able to communicate in English verbally and in written communication.
