Responsibilities and Duties
- Support Salesmen and Managers by locating machines and attachments for their specific customer needs.
- Assist with loading and unloading machines and attachments.
- Initiates accurate and timely delivery and receiving reports.
- Prepare shop orders to prep and/or change attachments on equipment.
- Prepare freight bills for Accounting.
- Display and store equipment and attachments in designated areas while maintaining accessibility keeping areas neat and orderly.
- Maintains company grounds and equipment yard.
- Perform visual quality control inspections prior to delivery.
- Ensures pictures of equipment are taken and accurately stored.
- Prepare Movement Authorizations (MA) for equipment and attachments as necessary.
- Schedule lowboy moves to pick-up and deliver equipment.
- Stage attachments for internal shuttle transfers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Related experience preferred.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be physically able to climb in and out of Heavy Equipment walk on uneven ground kneel bend push and pull.
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to communicate in English verbally and in written communication.
