Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.
- Recruitment Process: Easy online recruitment process (phone call and video interview)
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday initially morning shifts with future rotation (24/7)
- Location: Porto Portugal
- Languages Required: Russian C2 level English B2 level
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in Porto and support one of the worlds leading tech companies in delivering exceptional support for their social media products. This is an on-site role with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and high-quality customer support via email and chat.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training coaching and performance reviews.
Your Profile:
- Native-level written Russian (C2) and solid English communication skills (B2).
- Experience handling chat and ticket-based support preferred.
- Background in contact centers or customer support ideally in advertising tech.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
What We Offer:
- Competitive monthly salary of 1000 gross.
- Daily meal allowance (7.63 net per working day).
- 14 salary payments per year in accordance with Portuguese law.
- Two rotating days off per week.
