The Communications Manager will lead integrated communication and marketing strategies in India to elevate RSMs brand strengthen talent experience and drive impactful storytelling across internal and external channels. This role also oversees the Communication Acceleration Center (CAC) building a high-performing team streamlining delivery and ensuring scalable high-quality execution. The ideal candidate combines strategic communications and marketing expertise with strong leadership and operational excellence to deliver measurable results aligned with global priorities.

India communication and marketing- 50%

  • Lead integrated communication and marketing strategies for internal and external audiences strengthening the talent experience and RSMs employer brand in India aligned with firm priorities and brand voice.

  • Inspire inform and engage our people while reinforcing RSMs strategy culture and leadership visibility.

  • Build corporate reputation through powerful brand storytelling recruitment marketing and PR.

  • Drive localized plans and content across channels ensuring brand consistency and impact.

  • Use data-driven insights to optimize messaging channel performance and campaign effectiveness.

Communication acceleration center (CAC)- 35%

  • Oversee India-based CAC operations ensuring seamless alignment delivery excellence and measurable impact.

  • Lead hiring onboarding resourcing and development for a high-performing communication team.

  • Manage workflows timelines and quality standards; introduce process improvements for scalability.

  • Apply analytics and feedback to refine strategies elevate quality and boost efficiency.

  • Foster a high-performance collaborative culture rooted in feedback mentorship and global best practices.

Continuous improvement- 10%

  • Use metrics and assessments to enhance practices productivity and results.

  • Leverage technology/AI and insights to strengthen processes and outcomes.

Stakeholder management- 5%

  • Act as a trusted communication advisor to India and enterprise leaders.

  • Build strong partnerships across teams enabling alignment and effective execution.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

( OR PREFERRED)

  • Bachelors degree in communications marketing or a related field. Masters degree preferred.

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

( OR PREFERRED)

Requires:

  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and channels.
  • Proven track record of sound judgment in managing communications for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with urgency agility and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate influence and build trust across teams and geographies.
  • Ability to lead a team and foster a culture of continue learning and excellence.

EXPERIENCE

(MUST NOTE OR PREFERRED)

Requires:

  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in communications or marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated communications/marketing strategies for a global or matrixed organization.
  • Prior experience managing and scaling high-performing teams with operations oversight.
  • Strong expertise in brand positioning storytelling and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in AI tools digital communication platforms and reporting/dashboard tools.
  • Data-driven approach with experience using metrics and insights to improve communication impact.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS

( OR PREFERRED)

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional and collaborative demeanor.
  • Skilled at managing and prioritizing multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Strong organizational time management and decision-making skills.
