Job Description
System Maintenance
Daily monitor system reconciliation report and coordinate related party to fix any exception issue. Set up any accounting requirement for new product implementation in system.
Reports
Punctual and correct submission of group financial & MIS information and reports and EAST reports to NFRA. Frequently improve the quality of reporting in line with HO & local management requirement. Financial planning and control in collaboration with Regional Finance and branch management; Prepare ALCO material for Finance and advise on finance related issues in the branchs ALCO Timely respond to any query from group/regional/business/management regarding to the financial information provided.
Other
Keep a high-standard filing of own working area Familiarize with the workload of other team members and capable of being back-up. To review and approve payments to vendors and staff; Ad-hoc job assigned
