Are you a Mobile Plant Mechanic - FIFO looking to get into the GOLD Mining industry on a longer term project Or maybe your looking for a 2 and 1 or 2 and 2 roster to either chase the dollars or get some work life balance with the family

Offering the below BENEFITS:
- FULL TIME RATE Up to $75 Full time 12% Super on all hours
- SHIFT - 12.25 hour days
- YEARLY PACKAGE - $250000 inclusive
- HOLIDAYS - 190 hours paid at the full rate
- ROSTER 2 and 1 2 and 2
- DAYSHIFT ONLY Due to the nature of this position within our team
- SITE LOCATION Goldfields Mine Site
- FIFO LOCATION Perth to Site
- INTERSTATE - SA QLD NSW or VIC
- ON-SITE ACCOMODATION Gym / Wet and dry Mess
- FORTNIGHTLY PAYS Smooth transition into the role
- REFER A MATE PROGRAM Enjoy working with your mates How about getting paid $5k for each one you refer
What your day looks like:
HD Mobile Plant / Diesel Fitter role where your technical expertise supports structured diagnostics and fault-finding across a large mobile fleet
Be a hands-on mentor upskill and guide the on-site maintenance team with your deep knowledge and practical experience
Work closely with site supervisors to lift team capability and embed best-practice maintenance standards
Drive frontline performance and reliability improvements where your input makes a real impact
What well need from you:
Post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar Komatsu and Hitachi. (As listed below)
Australian NationalMobile PlantMechanic / Diesel FitterTrade Qualification
Experience in either a Field Service or Leading Hand Role would suit well
Friendly communication skills with a focus on the team and company culture
