About the Role

As our Customer Service Representative Destruction Services youll play a key role in coordinating secure destruction services for our clients. Youll be the friendly and reliable point of contact behind every service request ensuring bookings are accurate and processes run smoothly.

Based at our Wellington branch this full-time role works closely with our drivers warehouse staff and internal teams to support the secure collection and destruction of sensitive materials.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Handling customer requests via phone and email
  • Booking and coordinating destruction pickups and drop-offs
  • Preparing paperwork manifests and service documentation
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and system updates
  • Working with the operations team to meet deadlines and service levels
  • Supporting compliance requirements and audit processes
  • Providing professional timely customer service at every step
