We are looking for: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the daily operations of the food & beverage department.
Oversee and actively participate in service across our three outlets: Gastrobar Banquets and Room Service.
Welcome guests with a smile eye contact and a warm greeting using their name whenever possible.
Address guest needs in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure proper coverage and efficient service.
Communicate with guests and team members using clear and professional language.
Foster positive and productive working relationships with other departments.
Meet and exceed service standards and quality expectations.

Proven experience in restaurant or F&B management ideally within the hospitality industry.

Solid organizational and problem-solving skills to handle day-to-day operations efficiently.
Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered a plus).
Educational background in Hospitality Tourism or related fields preferred.
