Join us! The GoFundMe team is searching for our next IT Administrator Level 1 to join our IT team in Buenos Aires. Youll be the first line of desktop MacOS and AV support helping us run smoothly and serve our global teams with purpose and efficiency.
Candidates considered for this role will be located in Buenos Aires.
The Job
- Provide front-line IT support both in-person and remotely with a focus on MacOS users.
- Install configure and maintain Mac computers peripherals and software.
- Deliver AV support for meetings presentations video conferences and company events.
- Manage and troubleshoot network access (Wi-Fi LAN VPN) and oce infrastructure.
- Support cloud-based services and user onboarding including account setup and device provisioning.
- Maintain accurate records of assets tickets and support logs.
- Travel occasionally within Buenos Aires to support o-site events as needed.
You
- Possess 13 years of IT support or help-desk experience ideally with MacOS systems and AV setups.
- Proficiency in MacOS setup and troubleshooting is essential.
- Strong hands-on experience with conference rooms displays video conferencing tools microphonesand projectors.
- Have solid written and oral communication skills including fluency in English to liaise withinternational teams.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical problem-solving time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Hold a relevant credential (BA/BS or equivalent experience) or demonstrate strong practical aptitude.
Preferre
- Familiarity with MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools.
- Experience with platforms like Google Workspace Zoom Slack.
- Understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL).

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $X - $X equity benefits. As this is a remote position the salary range was determined by role level and possible location across the US.
