The Externals group are working with a roofing contractor based in Louisiana .They are on the look out for a Sales manager to join their growing team team. Although they are well established theyre looking first hand experience and knowledge to assist with taking things to the next level. The job :
- Recruit hire and onboard new sales representatives
- Train and mentor sales reps on effective selling techniques product knowledge and company standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics providing coaching and feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategies marketing campaigns and growth initiatives
Requirements:
- 5 years of roofing Sales management
- D2D sales experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding in commercial & Residential roofing.
- Strong objection handling skills
- Organization skills to maintain accurate records and follow up tasks
