Our Prime Residential team are looking for our next champion to join the team!
This is such a great opportunity if youre someone who loves being on the tools getting stuck in taking pride to provide quality maintenance across our portfolio of residential buildings.
The role
This role will work with our Property Managers Maintenance Manager and Residential Manager in carrying out general maintenance painting and repairs of our properties ensuring our buildings continue to be well maintained. Theres plenty of variety in this role offering the successful candidate scope to make their mark undertaking preventive and general maintenance landscaping painting and repairs. This is a 6 month fixed term role to cover for a staff absence.
What about you
This role will also involve physical fitness due to moving heavy items on occasion and a full clean NZ Drivers Licence.
