What will you do
As a Senior Test Automation Specialist youll lead the development of automated tests and qualification tools using Python C and C. Youll design and implement smart testing strategies optimize processes and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement. By mentoring junior engineers and acting as a sparring partner for customers youll help raise the bar for quality and innovation.
Your responsibilities
Write software (C C Python) for objective reproducible and maintainable automated tests and development of tools for qualification and integration
Explore different solution approaches to achieve the best result
Design implement and optimize chosen solutions
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in an international multidisciplinary and Agile environment
Review code and mentor (junior) engineers
Share your expertise to elevate the team quality and processes
Advisor and sparring partner for customers and stakeholders and inspiring others to strive for quality

What do you bring
A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Embedded Systems or a related technical field
At least 5 years of experience in software development with Python and C/C in the high-tech domain
Experience with software testing for complex embedded systems
Preferably experience with end-to-end test automation continuous integration and setting up and maintaining ROBOT test framework
You are a team player solution-oriented and proactive
Motivation to continuously improve yourself and develop new skills
A good command of English and preferably Dutch language
