Your role:
As a Maintenance Planner E&I you are responsible for an efficient planning and scheduling of work orders by analyzing the problem define the scope of work and work packages create accurate cost estimates define required means executing parties and spare parts to execute the work in a safe and efficient manner. You align with third parties for execution and validates the quality of the work permits. Furthermore you ensure adequate maintenance administration of work executed including review of execution and inspection reports.
You play a critical role in ensuring a safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities at the site.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure safety compliance proper housekeeping and validation of third-party work permits.
Ensure environmental and regulatory compliance within the area of responsibility.
Develop efficient work packages and maintenance schedules for optimal execution.
Continuously analyze and optimize maintenance planning clustering tasks where possible.
Plan and prepare Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) work orders including scope spare parts and cost estimation.
Coordinate with third parties operations procurement and customer service for scheduling and execution.
Manage maintenance contracts act as the local contact for daily maintenance activities.
Conduct risk assessments prepare and review work permits and enforce safety measures.
Maintain CMMS records ensure proper documentation for compliance tracking and manage critical spare parts inventory.
Act as local installation responsible person (NEN3140/3840 incl. ATEX) and oversee training compliance in the E&I discipline.
Additional dutie:
Participate in the companys call-out services for urgent maintenance needs.
About you:
MBO-4 education level with a degree in Engineering (Electrical & Instrumentation).
Experience in good maintenance practices in the relevant discipline.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in maintenance planner preferably in the O&G or liquid tank storage.
Knowledge of preventive corrective and predictive maintenance methods for the relevant discipline.
Basic knowledge of the relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Fluent in both written and spoken Dutch and English.
Proficient in reading and understanding technical documentation and communicating complex information clearly.
Skilled in using tools like CMMS AutoCAD MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite with a pragmatic results-driven approach to problem-solving.
Strong organizational planning and scheduling skills with attention to detail and a structured approach.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills able to manage a dynamic workload in a fast-paced production-driven environment.
