Job Description
Central Gardens Post Acute has provided long and short-term care skilled nursing rehabilitation and respite care in a safe and welcoming space. We are looking for RNs to join our team!
Part Time

Weekends
Central Garden Post-Acute Care is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN).
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
Monitor the patients condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
Observe and interpret patients symptoms and communicate them to physicians
Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements administering injections etc.) and fill in patients charts
Requirements:
Current RN license
