What youll do:
- Take responsibility for the sales controlling of Raflatac APAC South East Asia & Oceania markets and collaborate within the sales team to achieve financial targets
- First contact window with sales country managers actively support Area Sales Directors by providing the financial perspective identify business improvement potential and opportunities and conduct cost control
- Support the APAC regional financial reporting and forecasting processes (monthly reporting rolling forecast target setting long-term planning EBITDA contribution scenarios)
- Analyze financial impact of alternative business decisions including investment calculations
- Manage sales rebate and improve rebate process through in-depth analysis as well as promoting data automation & digitalization
- Monitor and develop SEA and OC sites administrative financial management ensure compliance with all local legislation UPMs code of conduct and internal processes and guidelines
Who you are
- You have bachelors degree or equivalent having extensive education in accounting finance & business.
- You have experience in sales controlling and providing active support to commercial organizations including direct engagement with sales teams
- You have ability to formulate and understand business issues and situations by analyzing simulation and able to interpret and draw conclusion accordingly.
- You have the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams in different countries and to drive sales improvement initiatives.
- You have self-motivated individual with the ability to adapt effectively to changing demands of a growth-oriented dynamic organization.
- You have excellent communication oral & written skills excellent English communication skills and have demonstrated skills to collaborate influence efficiently cooperate with all parts of the organization.
- You have positive thinking & can-do attitude be solution-oriented and good interpersonal skill.
