At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Workday consulting generalist at PwC you will focus on providing a broad range of consulting services across various Workday applications. You will provide consulting services to clients analysing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Workday applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Required:
- Interface with clients as a consultant involving designing implementing and/or assessing controls over Workday modules including Financials HCM Supply Chain Management and Payroll;
- Identify and address client needs including developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships;
- Perform as a team member create an atmosphere of trust leverage diverse views support other staff and encourage improvement and innovation;
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and able to work with global teams independently with minimal supervision and a strong sense of ownership;
- Passionate about client service quality and teaming. Collaborative and excited about partnering with the US Firm to build out the Acceleration Center team in Mexico.
- Excellent English oral communication professional presence and organization.
- Understanding of Workday implementation methodology data model and security concepts relevant to implementation activities
- Experience clarifying client Workday security requirements through discovery sessions
- Ability to translate client security requirements into prototype security configurations through the definition and/or configuration of security groups security policies and role assignments.
- Demonstrates ability to adapt a work program and practice aid as well as perform security and control assessments using PwCs proprietary or other relevant tools to evaluate risks related to internal controls over security and financial/operation processes.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years total relevant experience
- 0 to 2 years of Workday experience
- Workday certification in HCM or Financials preferred
