The key function of this role is to drive profitable NSV growth of allocated Customers in the given market. The role will involve managing the operational customer relationships internally and externally including owning the operational commercial relationships within customers.
What are we looking for
Commercial experience that may include selling negotiating and leveraging insights to deliver customer plans achieving company and customer objectives.
Customer experience with direct or head office customers delivering solutions that cover promotion and/ or pricing; with a track record of meeting/ exceeding sales objectives
Exposure to principles of Category Management; ability to tell the category story.
Experience in managing a budget and/ or trade revenue optimization delivering budget and ROI.
What will be your key responsibilities
The Customer Development Manager is responsible for achieving profitable sales growth withassigned customers.
This role is expected to execute customer business plans that deliver company and customer objectives.
The role manages customer relationships and influences to implement solutions (e.g. sales.
revenue trade revenue optimisation customer profitability) that deliver mutually beneficial results for the customer and company.
The role is to execute all agreed to solutions with the customer to include accurate timely forecasting detailed follow through and efficient trade revenue optimisation to an agreed budget.
