Care Team Leader 15.50 per hour Full-Time Hours Day Shifts

What Were Looking For:
- Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
- At least 3 years experience working in a residential care home in a senior role (Senior Care Assistant or above)
- Strong understanding of person-centred care planning
- Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
- A caring empathetic approach with a genuine commitment to supporting older people

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead motivate and support a dedicated care team on day shifts
