Care Team Leader 15.50 per hour Full-Time Hours Day Shifts

Are you ready to step into a rewarding leadership role Our client is looking for a dedicated Care Team Leader to join a beautiful residential care home supporting older adults and individuals living with dementia.

Here youll have the opportunity to lead a caring supportive team bring fresh ideas to person-centred care and ensure residents feel valued safe and truly at home. With excellent pay day shifts and real opportunities for training and development its the perfect role for an experienced Senior Carer ready for the next step.

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
  • At least 3 years experience working in a residential care home in a senior role (Senior Care Assistant or above)
  • Strong understanding of person-centred care planning
  • Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
  • A caring empathetic approach with a genuine commitment to supporting older people

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead motivate and support a dedicated care team on day shifts
