Drive company Latam Director and General Manager to and from office meetings and events in a safe timely and courteous manner.
Maintain the cleanliness maintenance schedule and fuel level of the assigned vehicle.
Ensure optimal route planning using traffic apps or prior knowledge of the city to avoid delays.
Follow all traffic laws corporate policies and safety protocols at all times.
Assist with light errands or document delivery as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding conversations schedules and sensitive information.
Keep logs of travel times mileage fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance as needed.
Be available for occasional after-hours or weekend driving when required.
Report any incidents or mechanical issues immediately to the supervisor.
