Main Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with safety policies and organizational culture in the team in charge.
Plan and coordinate activities of receiving storage assortment and distribution of materials and products.
Oversee and ensure physical inventory and system accuracy as well as accuracy in shipments and transactions.
Lead continuous process improvement initiatives (Lean 6 Sigma).
Measure and report warehouse KPIs (cycle times inventory turns picking accuracy in-transit inbounds outbounds)
Coordinate internal audits and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Manage the warehouse operating budget and seek cost efficiencies.
Develop and execute training and development plans for operational staff.
Implement contingency plans for operational disruptions.
Maintain effective and professional communication with internal and external customers on an ongoing basis.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Leadership and management of operational and interpersonal skills.
Effective communication with different levels of the management and warehouse control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel desirable)
Knowledge in ERP systems (preferably Baan).
Knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma).
Desirable handling of data analysis tools (Power BI Tableau).
Job Requirements:
Completed professional career (Industrial Engineering Logistics Administration or related).
3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics.
Advanced English (oral and written).
Availability of schedule and to travel.
Valid passport and visa.
