Insurance Service Administrator
HUBs Customer Service professionals provide critical support to our customers through account management claims management day-to-day client oversight and underwriting services that make us a leading sales and service organization in the insurance industry. Through a robust network of resources you will be amongst some of the industrys top talent to help guide and support our customers needs and provide them with innovative solutions.
As a Personal Lines Insurance Service Administrator you will be responsible for assisting Account Managers and Producers with the servicing of assigned Personal Lines accounts in accordance with the practices policies and procedures of the Company
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides professional courteous service to our clients carrier representatives underwriters business partners and HUB colleagues resulting in a rate of account retention that meets or exceeds expectations
Provides a high level of support toour Client Relationship Management staffincluding:
Issue and forward evidence of insurance to lending institutions
Order and follow up on policy change endorsements including review for accuracy
Check incoming policy change endorsements and if accurate forward to insured
Update client data in our Agency Management System
Manage small book of business
Check policies and endorsements for completeness and accuracy. Prepare policies delivery to clients.
Maintain an accurate suspense system on all items that require a response
Input/maintain data on account management system download and ancillary systems as required.
Cross Training on processes and systems as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent; AA and/or college degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in personal lines insurance or a related administrative/customer service role; agency experience preferred
Property & Casualty Insurance license perferred; or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships and deliver professional courteous support
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in documentation and data entry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional client-focused approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and ability to learn agency management systems
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and provide support across functions
Ability to take direction follow established procedures and implement processes effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative in resolving client or carrier requests
Proactive in learning and applying new insurance concepts and skills
Hybrid work schedule; must be onsite at the designated office location a minimum of three days per week
