Director (Singapore) Centre for Evidence and Implementation (CEI)

Are you a strategic leader who can bridge evidence influence and implementation Join CEI as our Singapore Director and lead high-impact work that improves lives.
About the Role
As Director Singapore you will co-lead the strategic direction and drive the success of CEIs operations in Singapore and the broader Asia region. Youll lead a talented local team of around 11 staffincluding senior roles such as Associate Director and Principal Advisordelivering high-quality research evaluation and implementation support. Youll work closely with the CEO Global Managing Director and collaborate with global colleagues across Australia the UK and Norway.

The Centre for Evidence and Implementation (CEI) is a global not-for-profit organisation that helps governments NGOs funders and communities use the best evidence to improve lives. We work in child and family welfare education mental health and social services combining research policy and practice to create meaningful systems change.
In this role you will:
- Lead the strategic direction of CEI in Singapore and across Asia.
- Manage and deliver a diverse portfolio of evidence-informed high-impact projects.
- Build and sustain trusted partnerships with clients government agencies funders and collaborators.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to CEIs influence in the sector.
- Coach mentor and grow a talented values-driven local team.
- Shape and support business development funding proposals and new opportunities.
What You Bring:
- 10 years in research evaluation or implementation with a consulting mindset.
- Strong networks and understanding of Singapore and Asias policy and practice landscape.
- Proven experience in senior leadership stakeholder engagement and team growth.
- A commitment to equity innovation and evidence-based decision making.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
To be successful you will have:
- A postgraduate qualification (or equivalent) in Psychology Health Social Science or a related field.
- Deep expertise in quantitative and/or mixed-methods research and implementation science.
- A strong track record in managing complex projects and securing business opportunities.
- Emotional intelligence flexibility and alignment with CEIs values and mission.
