Job Description
Supervisor Cum Driver(Class 3)
Singapore (Islandwide)
Construction SGD$1300 - SGD$1900
Job Description:
The Construction Site Supervisor reports to Site Coordinator and assist in supervising monitoring and coordinating construction related works to ensure quality of works are achieved to standard on a day-to-day basis. The site supervisor cum driver will actively resolve any site issues and complaints in a appropiate manner and ferry workers to and fro site daily.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and organise site operations on a day-to-day basis and ensure quality of works are achieved to industry standards.
- Control and coordinate site workers and subcontractors to ensure that work progress smoothly and any delay need to catch up and complete on schedule.
- Able to command a team of foreign workers to manage a site
- Plan for site work installation worker deployment and material requisition
- Prepare and keep daily work records.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Class 3 Driving License Minimum
- Must be able communicate in English
- Must have either BCSS Certification or Coretrade
- Must have more than 5 years experience in the Construction sector
- Experience in project management would be of added advantage
- Able to work independently and also a team player
