Supervisor Cum Driver(Class 3) Singapore (Islandwide) Construction SGD$1300 - SGD$1900
Job Description: The Construction Site Supervisor reports to Site Coordinator and assist in supervising monitoring and coordinating construction related works to ensure quality of works are achieved to standard on a day-to-day basis. The site supervisor cum driver will actively resolve any site issues and complaints in a appropiate manner and ferry workers to and fro site daily.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise and organise site operations on a day-to-day basis and ensure quality of works are achieved to industry standards.
Control and coordinate site workers and subcontractors to ensure that work progress smoothly and any delay need to catch up and complete on schedule.
Able to command a team of foreign workers to manage a site
Plan for site work installation worker deployment and material requisition
Prepare and keep daily work records.
Job Requirements:
Valid Class 3 Driving License Minimum
Must be able communicate in English
Must have either BCSS Certification or Coretrade
Must have more than 5 years experience in the Construction sector
Experience in project management would be of added advantage
Able to work independently and also a team player
