The Job
We are currently seeking a skilled HeadBartender to join our team at MOMO Amsterdam. As a Head Bartender you will be responsible for providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience. This role requires an individual who is passionate about cocktails hospitality attentive to detail and possesses excellent communication skills. All our employees work together to provide outstanding authentic service and experience for every guest. To realize this we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join our team.
Job requirements
Responsibilities & Requirements
Previous experience in a Head Bartender / Senior Bartender position.
Extensive knowledge of mixology spirits and beverage trends.
Able to work efficiently and remain calm in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
Manage inventory control costs and contribute to the overall success of the bar.
Develop and curate an exceptional cocktail menu that complements MOMOs brand identity.
Leadership skills to inspire a team of talented bartenders fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
Communicate clearly and effectively with guests other staff members and management.
Ensure the highest standards of service and presentation are maintained at all times.
Living in Amsterdam (flexible with commuting)
