Job Summary

We are expanding our IT team and are excited to welcome a new IT professional to our headquarters in this role you are responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of our SAP Landscape and will serve as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and our SAP Hosting Partner. We are looking for someone with a strong technical background in SAP Basis and experience managing hosted SAP environments.

As an in-house SAP Basis Consultant youll take on a broad range of responsibilities and enjoy a dynamic varied role. Beyond co-ordinating SAP system administration with our SAP BASIS Hosting Partner youll have the chance to contribute to different projects supporting AMS team key support member during go-live and hypercare. Youll work closely with a wide range of international stakeholders across our European business units Project Teams and AMS Partners. You will play a key role in keeping our SAP landscape strong stable and future-ready.

SAP Basis Consultant
The tasks and responsibilities are:
- Co-ordination with Basis Hosting Partner for SAP System Administration for:
- Installation configuration and maintenance of SAP systems (ERP EWM APO SOLMAN).
- Monitoring system health and performance.
- Develop the strategy and coordinate the execution of system copies client copies and system refresh activities
- Coordinate the setup configuration and maintenance of SAP services including Fiori Launchpad SAP Gateway and OData services
- Ensure SAP systems comply with IT security and audit requirements.
- Support and co-ordinate for Major release for Basis related activities. (Patches Hot fixes Parameter Changes)
- Collaborate with the infrastructure/network team to ensure secure and reliable communication between SAP systems and third-party tools.
- Provide support for SAP BTP administration including Cloud Connector and BTP services considered a strong plus.
- Manage printer configuration and setup across various SAP systems ensuring reliable output and integration with business processes.
- Design and implement data archiving strategies across various SAP systems to optimize system performance and ensure compliance with data retention policies.
- Support for setup of 4 Tier Landscape
About you:
Were looking for a knowledgeable curious and committed SAP Basis Consultant with the following qualifications and attributes:
- You have a Masters degree in Computer Science Information systems or other fields related to the role or equivalent experience.
- You have at least of 5 years of working experience as SAP Basis consultant.
- SAP System Administration experience in Installation configuration and maintenance of SAP systems
- Experience with Solution Manager system is plus.
- Fluent in English with solid communication negotiation presentation and interpersonal skills.
- And most importantly you are team player and fun to work with!
